Orders and Shipping

It’s super simple to buy with us! In order to help you, we’ve prepared a short step-by-step guide below :
  1. Select the product you wish to buy;
  2. Choose the right size/color/variant;
  3. Make sure to check the quantity – Remember we have our unique promo 2+1 !
  4. Click on the ‘Add to cart’ buttom;
  5. Review all items in your cart – if you’re ready to finalize your order, click on ‘Checkout’;
  6. Finalize your order by filling out all the information needed in the checkout page: Customer Information, Shipping Address, Billing Address, Shipping Method, Payment Information and Coupon if there’s any;
  7. Now you’re only one step of completing your order! Review all your order and click on ‘Complete Order’ to finally set the wheels in motion for your package to come flying home 😉

We’re really quick at packing your order up which means we are only able to make changes in your order within 24h after you’ve placed it. This includes, delivery address, color, variant, etc.

If you wish to request a change in your order, please contact us ASAP so we can check your order’s status in our database.

You’re the master and we’ll make sure to solve this for you. If, for any reason, you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you can decide to proceed with one of the following options:
  1. Return the product for a free reshipment or full refund;
  2. Keep the product and receive a store credit or 50% refund;
Please note the customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also please note that these options are applied only for cases where there are no issues with product quality.
Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add sales@waltsosntec.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us .
Since we ship orders worldwide, our website and services are based on English. All the information required for shipment should be written in English. We also require you to add a telephone or mobile number along with shipping address, so the carrier can easily contact you.
As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are only able to cancel your order if it has not been processed at our warehouse – within 24h. In case your order is already forwarded to the carrier, unfortunately, we can’t cancel it, so it is important to contact us ASAP.

We may also offer free shipping occasionally 🙂 In order to offer better delivery services and provide a great experience, we have recently upgraded all of our shipping methods. We ship orders within 2 working days after payment confirmation. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and updates about your shipment’s journey.

The delivery time depends on where you are in the world but it usually takes 7 to 14 business days for your parcel to be delivered. Due to the recent popularity of some of our products on Facebook, our inventory sells out fast and we had ship your order straight from our warehouse overseas and, due to that, the delivery time may be a little longer. But don’t worry, we are here to sure everything is well with your order. 🙂

Once your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an update through your email with a tracking code. You can then track your parcel from tracking link in the website .Note: Due to the carrier system, your tracking code information may take up to 48 business hours to be visible on the carrier website.

This may happen due to delays in the carrier system. Please allow the carrier 2-5 business days before the status of your order reflects on the site. If after this time you still can’t track your parcel, please contact us at sales@waltsonstec.com and we’ll be happy to check it for you.

We always do our best to reduce costs on your end so that you do not have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items. If you’ve ordered multiple items from us, it can happen that the goods will be shipped in several packages as our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfillment centers for you to receive the order as fast as possible. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive. If you do not receive all your purchase within the expected delivery time, please contact us at sales@waltsonstec.com to look into your shipment.
Our products are designed in Europe but manufactured and shipped from Asia. The international ePacket agreement makes it possible to ship relatively fast (including proper tracking) to all our customers worldwide.

You deserve to have your item in a good proper packaging.

we are using a custom packaging for all orders above $30 and you will find the website and our logo in the package so you can always remember our brand.

Please contact the carrier. Usually, they will resent your package on the next working day, but sometimes they just ask you to pick up your package at their office. If you need any assistance, please contact us and we’ll help you 🙂
First, please double check the delivery option you selected, cut off times for ordering and the date which we said it will be delivered by. You can check delivery timescales . On rare occasions we do come up against a bump in the road. If your delivery date has passed, please contact us and have your order number ready so we can investigate where your order is.

All our products prices are listed in GPB Pound currency.If your’re purchasing from overseas and thus using another currency, your order total price will be automatically calculated, by your issuing bank, based on the daily exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Unfortunately WaltsonsTec is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by WaltsonsTec. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
