Orders and Shipping
- Select the product you wish to buy;
- Choose the right size/color/variant;
- Make sure to check the quantity – Remember we have our unique promo 2+1 !
- Click on the ‘Add to cart’ buttom;
- Review all items in your cart – if you’re ready to finalize your order, click on ‘Checkout’;
- Finalize your order by filling out all the information needed in the checkout page: Customer Information, Shipping Address, Billing Address, Shipping Method, Payment Information and Coupon if there’s any;
- Now you’re only one step of completing your order! Review all your order and click on ‘Complete Order’ to finally set the wheels in motion for your package to come flying home 😉
We’re really quick at packing your order up which means we are only able to make changes in your order within 24h after you’ve placed it. This includes, delivery address, color, variant, etc.
If you wish to request a change in your order, please contact us ASAP so we can check your order’s status in our database.
- Return the product for a free reshipment or full refund;
- Keep the product and receive a store credit or 50% refund;

In that case it’s important that you contact us ASAP, so we don’t ship the item you incorrectly ordered.
Please note that if your order is already shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel it.
We ship orders within 2 working days after payment confirmation. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and updates about your shipment’s journey.
The delivery time depends on where you are in the world but it usually takes 7 to 14 business days for your parcel to be delivered. Due to the recent popularity of some of our products on Facebook, our inventory sells out fast and we had ship your order straight from our warehouse overseas and, due to that, the delivery time may be a little longer. But don’t worry, we are here to sure everything is well with your order. 🙂
Once your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an update through your email with a tracking code. You can then track your parcel from tracking link in the website .Note: Due to the carrier system, your tracking code information may take up to 48 business hours to be visible on the carrier website.

we are using a custom packaging for all orders above $30 and you will find the website and our logo in the package so you can always remember our brand.
All our products prices are listed in GPB Pound currency.If your’re purchasing from overseas and thus using another currency, your order total price will be automatically calculated, by your issuing bank, based on the daily exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
